Hurstridge Technologies is a privately owned software development and consulting company (since 1998) and we are located in Leitchfield, Kentucky. Normally, this next sentence would be some stale mission statement which would look vaguely similar to one that can be generated on Dilbert.com (Click here to see it in action). However, we thought you might be interested in something that is more in line with how we actually work. So, here are our promises to you :

    2. always be as user-friendly as possible.
    3. never be released until it has been extensively beta tested internally and externally.

Please note that technical support for Radix is and has always been free. However, we no longer offer a telephone number for support. We have found that when we offered telephone support, that almost all calls we received were questions that could easily be found simply by refering to the help file or could be answered in a single email. If you are having an issue that can not be answered by the documentation provided or it can not be resolved within a couple of emails, please be assured we will contact you via phone in order to get things fixed as quickly as possible.
